What is V-REFORM?

V-Reform is designed to transform your movement through dynamic Reformer Pilates, a full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones through controlled movements on a reformer bed. With adjustable spring resistance, it can be adapted to any fitness level while ensuring correct posture and core engagement.

All of classes are 50 minutes and there are three formats to meet different levels and personal fitness goals.  All classes are grounded in the fundamental prinicples and methodology of Pilates.

All of our instructors are Pilates and Reformer Pilates trained.  We are a dynamic reformer studio.

V-Form

Aimed for those new to Reformer or those looking to really ground themselves into the principles of Pilates. The moves focus on strength & stretch flows and no equipment used. 

 

V-Core

Suitable to for those who have done some Reformer or want to that extra layering or challenge to some of the Flows - equipment such as ball and Pilates rings will be used in this class

 

V-Power

Spicy and dynamic, those who want that extra challenge to mix it up - Flows will include equipment and weights, reps, pace and multi layering. Suitable for those who have been attending Reformer for a while, intermediates wanting to step up and or advanced members.

Expansion Plans

We are opening a minimum of 5 Reformer studios over the next 12 months, the first being in Bedfordshire opening January 26, offering 30 classes per week, operating 7 days a week.

 

We are actively seeking suitable additional locations ranging from 70-200sqm in size in gym related studio’s, shopping centres, business parks, bespoke locations such as commercial farm developments wellness clinics, large schools and universities.

​

Our studios provide specific reformer-based Pilates, and complimented with mat-based Pilates and yoga and we will be establishing specific reformer Pilates training in a soon to be launched partnership enabling us to provide instructor training throughout the UK and beyond.

 

Our studios (pending size and location) provide a small refreshment offering and will work well when complimented with related business and environments.
